Blowing a 28″ hemisphere out of 3/4″ thick clear acrylic: Put acrylic in 375 degree industrial oven for 20 to 25 minutes, remove when consistancy is correct ( plyable ), place plyable acrylic sheet over air source, hold in place with industrial press, apply air until desired rise is achieved …. add sprinkles for decoration !
